My Biography


Madelines R. Landa 
was born on August 18, 1994 in the Dominican Republic. Nowadays i lives in Bonao city, better known as the province of Hortencia. My parents names are Daniel Reyes and Melania Landa born in the same city, but from a humble field, appearing from their origin, they gave everything to get forward my brothers and me, their name are Danimel and Sunimel.

My first studies were in a small school called my little school, and the other grades culminated in a very well-known school in Bonao called Reform Plan, formerly of Bonao, but now it has several names such as high school and polytechnic called Francisco Antonio Batista Garcia. In the Polytechnic she graduated in accounting and finance. 5 months later, i enter the University  called, Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo in bonao of  to study modern languages, English mention, was not what she liked, but decided study that career because he had graduated from an English school called national English institute in Bonao.

In spite of the difficulties he had, he drank without rest until he achieved his goals.

On page 161 of our text book we find an explanation of the grammar talking about verb + gerund or infinitive, which says that using the same verb among gerund or infinitive the meaning will be different, but it does not apply to all the verbs.      In the time we live, people have hundreds of goals that lead them to enroll in hundreds of activities. To fulfill a goal such as buying a car, a house, a new telephone, filling people with satisfaction, the accumulation of material goods has become the way in which society measures success. But there is a very important aspect that has been left aside, and it is the spirit. This is like a container that is filling as we live.
