Nowadays is common that most of the enterprises or business, have surveillance video cameras, it doesn't matter it they are known or not, or if they are big or little. They do this to make their companies safer, and to safeguards the life of the employer and the lives of the employees.
The enterprises are monitoring the work of the employees for checking criminal or negative financial activities, also they do this, to be sure that employees are doing their work and increasing the productivity as well.
They use surveillance in almost all the places of the enterprises, to avoid the use of drugs, phones, illegal activity, the break of the enterprise's rules and also any act of death. For some employees is super annoying to be watch 24/7. But in my opinion is not all negative. It also has its advantages. For example, being observed is good in case of accident, theft or misunderstanding
situations, like this, employers can check the videos and find the truth, and employees can claim their rights.
