    Nowadays, the privacity is not available to the employee because most employers have a high level of security.

   Employers will have some  access to some imformations about this employees an also the employer has the right to keep an eye on and evalúa the work of their employees.

Here I put into practice some interesting words will derive from this unit so unsettling:

- The companies provide health care and like insurance benefits for all of its employees

- The employer usually keep and eye on their employees to evaluate their job

- In Dominican Republic there are a few safeguards to protects employees privacy

- I think that employers should have to keep a log to supervise telephone calls from their employees offices and also have cameras in orther to have a better segurity management

- Employees often feel demeaned and disrespected by employers.

On page 161 of our text book we find an explanation of the grammar talking about verb + gerund or infinitive, which says that using the same verb among gerund or infinitive the meaning will be different, but it does not apply to all the verbs. I will write the examples with my own words. Verb + gerund She will never forget getting a ride into a haunted castle . Meaning: She will not erase that experience of her mind. They remember switching the lights off when they went on vacations . Meaning: Talking about the past. Verb + infinitive The lights were all burned because he forgot to switch off  the control panel .      There is a great controversy regarding the monitoring of jobs. Employers regularly feel the need to monitor their employees, because they are paying a time that must be used for the tasks for which they are paying. Sometimes workers are intentionally delayed, and they can also use the company's resources for personal tasks.      In the time we live, people have hundreds of goals that lead them to enroll in hundreds of activities. To fulfill a goal such as buying a car, a house, a new telephone, filling people with satisfaction, the accumulation of material goods has become the way in which society measures success. But there is a very important aspect that has been left aside, and it is the spirit. This is like a container that is filling as we live.
